Premium Wines From Southern Oregon

Though we’re at times loath to admit it, the phenomenal character and success of our wines are as much the result of sheer cosmic chance, as they are to any brilliance, good taste or industriousness on our part.

From the beginning of our little winemaking adventure, we had the outrageous good fortune to stumble upon Linda Donovan, one of Oregon’s most talented winemakers, who, in turn,  introduced us to Don & Traute Moore, the finest vineyard owners in the valley.  Very happily, both Linda and the Moores have become our business partners at Pallet Wine Company, Rogue Valley’s first dedicated custom crush winemaking facility, vincubator & oeno-system.

The wines we produce each year are exceedingly rare & delicious, with few numbering more than a handful of barrels per vintage. All are painstakingly hand harvested, hand sorted and hand crafted wines, naturally fermented with minimal intervention.
